This cute, little Lake Hartwell getaway is a very economical way to have a place on the water but not have to pay an arm and a leg for it. It is waterfront, but it is squeezed out to qualify for a dock This will make a great place to have a weekend on the lake, it's just off the main channel, and the Port Bass boat ramp is about 3/4 of a mile away. The home is tastefully decorated and has provided many years of fun times on the lake. For full disclosure, although the County lists the home as a mobile home, it was a camper at one time and was built onto. The home has a large deck, but it needs replacing, it is very soft, be careful walking on it. And the owner had a new floor put in recently, but the contractor did not give room for expansion, so now it is bowing and needs tobe relieved to expand and contract.
